Concussion Protocol

Below you will find information on concussions. Please review these to know what to do to before, during and after a concussion. All coaches are required to do an injury report and contact Safety Officer after incident (numbers located on Emergency phone list) It is recommended for coaches to also inform parents and players of these sites to help keep them informed. Players are ONLY allowed to return to play after written medical clearance from Dr. and form turned into a safety committee officer for validation.
